FAQ
How long does an order take to arrive?
Garments are made to order rather than pulled from stock, so an order ships in 2–3 weeks rather than the same day. A few working days go into producing the piece before the parcel moves, and a tracking link is sent by email once it does.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged per item and depends on the piece, so it is calculated at checkout from the address you enter. The exact amount is shown before any payment is taken.
Do you ship outside Israel?
Checkout offers shipping to every country the store covers, with the cost and timing quoted there. If it will not accept your address, that destination is not served yet.
Can I return something?
The refund policy, linked in the footer of every page, sets out what applies. That document governs it, so it is the one to read rather than a summary written here.
How do I choose a size?
Each product page lists the sizes that garment is made in. Pieces are made to order, so a size chosen in error cannot be exchanged. If you are between sizes, write to the address in the footer before ordering rather than after.
How are the garments made?
Each piece is cut and sewn after the order is placed, which is where the 2–3 weeks goes. The range is short on purpose and there is nothing held back for a later drop.
