Shipping Policy

Every Flawless piece is made to order, so nothing leaves until it has been produced for you.

Delivery time

Production takes a few working days, and most orders reach you within 2–3 weeks of being placed. Orders outside Israel can take longer. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates, because once a parcel leaves, the carrier and customs set the pace.

Where we ship

We ship to Israel and to every country offered at checkout. If checkout does not accept your address, we do not ship there yet.

Shipping cost

Shipping depends on the piece and the destination. It is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tracking

Once your parcel is on its way, we email you a tracking link.

Customs and import taxes

Pieces are produced and shipped by our production partner and may be sent from outside your country. Any customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price at checkout.

Your address

Please check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot take responsibility for a parcel sent to an incomplete or incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake after ordering, write to us straight away and we will correct it if production has not started.

Changing or cancelling an order

Write to us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order. We can do either until production starts. Once your piece is being made, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Lost or damaged parcels

A parcel that is lost in transit or arrives damaged is covered by our refund policy, and you choose between a free reprint and a full refund.
